Parts of the video are filmed in front of Arizona Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's tent city jail for undocumented immigrants. Yes, the sheriff makes them wear "jailbird" stripes, and a number of years ago, he paraded them down main street in shackles (this link will take you to the New York Times editorial that appeared after that degrading spectacle) and are part of a documentary titled "Two Americans" (www.twoamericans.com).
