The forum will discuss the following topics:

  • US Catholic Church history as an immigrant church
  • Inability for the undocumented immigrants to obtain legal status
  • Local policy that impacts immigrant communities
  • Value of immigrants to the United States
  • Catholic Church calling for provide dignity to the poor and oppressed
  • The Church’s position on immigration reform

The panel of speakers will include:
